After credit approval, net 30 days with an open account. Longer payment terms can be arranged for larger projects.
Payment can be made via check, credit card, ACH transaction, or wire transfer. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. A 3.5% processing fee will be added to credit card payments.
Or, you can set up an open account by requesting a credit application.
All invoices are emailed with the ship date and tracking information.
We must charge Illinois Sales Tax on all orders unless we receive a current tax resale certificate or tax-exempt number.
Product Information
There is no minimum order size for Annunciators and Switches. Engraved sign orders have a $20 minimum order.
Yes, all of Gemcom’s products meet the highest industry standards for quality and compliance.
Our maintenance and abort switches are UL and CSFM listed for quality assurance.
Customer name and phone number can be added, but not a custom logo. There is no minimum order for custom text on a sign. A great open when every switch needs custom text.
Multiple color options are available. Most standard signs have a red face with white text or a black face with white text. Gemcom has a wide variety of colors in stock and can order custom colors.
Yes. Upon request, complimentary silk-screened logos in black are available with a minimum order of twenty identical switches. For orders less than twenty, a one-time setup fee will be applied.
After set-up, all future orders will automatically include the logo at no additional charge, unless requested without. Send a high-resolution black and white logo for best results.
Custom logo colors are available for an additional cost.
Standard logos are printed in black ink. Custom color inks are available for an additional charge of $_____.
Shipping Details
All orders are shipped using UPS. UPS 3rd party shipping is available with the customer’s account number. All invoices include the tracking number.
Other options are available but may require a fee.

Yes. Include your UPS account number with the ship to address on your purchase order.
Gemcom requires all international companies to arrange shipment and pick up at Gemcom, Inc. A certificate of origin and conformance will be provided. Any other documentation must be requested and approved by Gemcom.
All shipping costs, including specialty packaging, tariffs, duties, taxes, and other custom brokerage charges, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns and Warranty
Gemcom’s warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement of any defects in workmanship within one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Custom products are not returnable.
Standard products can be returned with a 25% restocking fee.
Tech Support and Modifications
For minor modifications, the annunciator guts can be shipped back to Gemcom.
For major modifications, Gemcom can manufacture new guts to be replaced in the existing enclosure.
