Fan Shut Down Switch
The Fan Shutdown is a key-operated switch that provides users with the ability to manually disable fan operations, as needed. The rotary key lock lets authorized users switch between “NORMAL” and “SHUTDOWN” modes to disable fan operations in an emergency. For enhanced security, the key can only be removed in the “NORMAL” position.
› In the “NORMAL” position, fan override is disabled.
› In the “SHUTDOWN” position, fan override is activated.
Features
- Provides a manual disconnect to disable fan operations by disconnecting the fan from the alarm system.

- Securely mounted on a two-gang stainless-steel switch plate, operating on 24VDC.
- Available in both 3-Pole and 4-Pole.
- Compatible with both addressable and conventional Fire Alarm systems.
- Each assembly includes four 6-32” x 1/2” mounting screws and a set of B721 keys.
