Maintenance Switch
- This
maintenance panel is a key-switch that disconnects actuation circuits
in the system to prevent accidental discharge during maintenance operations.
- Two LEDS indicate
"SYSTEM ARMED" or "SYSTEM INACTIVE" when the key
is inserted and turned. The "SYSTEM INACTIVE" indicator flashes
intermittently. The key can only be removed in the armed position.
- The maintenance
panel mounts to a 4" junction box and operates on 24VDC.
- The information
is silk screened on a 2 gang stainless steel plate.
- It is designed
for mounting on the wall to a bell box.

Agent Abort Station-
The agent abort station provides a temporary manual means for interrupting
the agent actuation circuit between the initial alarm and automatic release.
- The panel employs
a momentary deadman-type switch which, when pressed, opens the actuator
circuit by interrupting electrical current.
- Each switch has
(2) LED indicators: "SYSTEM ON" and "SYSTEM ABORTED"
which indicate the condition of the system.
- Both switches operate
on 24VDC.
- The information
is silk-screened on a two Gang stainless steel plate.
- It is designed
for mounting on the wall to a bell box.

Fan Shutdown
- The fan shutdown provides a key switch for overriding the fan shutdown

Agent Abort Station
- The agent abort station provides a mushroom pushbutton switch for aborting
the agent release which must be kept pressed until the control panel is
reset. If the switch is released before the control panel is reset, then
the agent system will enter the discharge mode.
- The information
is engraved on a sign attached to a two Gang stainless steel plate.
- It is available
in black with white text or red with white text. Other colors are available
upon request.

Preaction Releasing
Function Disable Switch
- The preaction releasing function disable switch is a separate enclosure
that will be installed adjacent to the pre-action fire alarm control panel,
housing key operated disable switches and associated status as described.
- The one key disable
switch with a medium security key is silk-screened on a 2 gang stainless
steel gang plate. It is mounted on a wire mold box.
- The two, three,
and four key switches are enclosed in a red 00.5 enclosure. The door
to this enclosure is hinged on the left hand side and secured on the
right hand side with a tamper proof latch.
- The window has
clear plexiglass covering mylar film with red text on white.
- All key switches
shall be keyed alike.
- These key switches
shall be arranged to disable their associated pre-action system releasing
outputs to enable system testing without activating the pre-action valves.
- The key can only
be removed in the normal position.
- Each of the switches
shall be provided with two LED indicators, one green and one red, which
shall illuminate to indicate normal and disable status of their associated
releasing function.
Test switches shall
be arranged to:
- Disable their associated
functions by opening the appropriate circuit.
- Extinguish the
associated green LED; normally lit to indicate normal auxiliary function
status
- Illuminate the
associated red LED to indicate that the function has been disabled
